Chris Thompson ascertains he won’t be physically ready to play until November

In spite of the fact, Chris Thompson, Washington Redskins running back hasn’t been discovered in the list of sportsmen physically unable to perform, it doesn’t mean that the sportsman is healthy enough to get down to Redskins drill.

As ESPN’s John Keim revealed, doctors told the sportsman that he won’t be able to get back to training the whole year due to the necessity to undergo surgery.

Chris told that doctors told him that he won’t be absolutely healthy until he’s a year out. He hopes that there’s a 90% likelihood of returning to the team. Chris is currently trying to overcome his pain and he needs enough time to regain his normal physical condition.

He also told that it’s the most negative experience in his life and he also hopes that coaches are going to bring him back to the offense gradually, while Derrius Guice could act as the workhorse.

Fortunately, for the team, running back appears to be one of the deepest positions on the roster, therefore, Thompson’s temporary absence won’t heavily hurt the offense.
